Distribution Rights for Hustle Hive Hub

1. Introduction

1.1 These Distribution Rights for Hustle Hive Marketing LLC hereinafter referred to as Hustle Hive Hub Membership are offered by Hustle Hive Marketing LLC to individuals and entities ("Licensees") who wish to purchase the right to distribute and resell the Program's products, courses, and materials.

1.2 These Rights are not included with the Program's membership fee and must be acquired separately through a licensed seller.

2. Distribution License

2.1 Upon the separate purchase of Distribution Rights from a licensed seller, Licensees are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to distribute and resell the Program's products, courses, and materials. The license is subject to the following conditions:

2.2 Licensees may distribute and resell the Program's products, courses, and materials to end-users.

2.3 Licensees may sell distribution or resell rights to any third parties.

2.4 Licensees may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Program's products, courses, and materials without prior written consent from Hustle Hive Marketing LLC.

2.5 Members are granted distribution rights for PLR products acquired through this platform. This means they can download, edit, and resell these products. However, distribution rights for the Roadmap Course and Passive Profit Millionaire Course are not included within this membership. Members interested in reselling these courses can purchase them separately through our Etsy link or Hustle Hive Hub Platform.

2.6 All intellectual property rights in this product, including copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of Hustle Hive Marketing. Members cannot download any content, except PLR products, from this platform. Recording of webinars, weekly Q&As, or videos is strictly prohibited and will results in immediate termination of membership.

3. Affiliation Option

3.1 Members of “The Community” have the option to work as affiliates for the Program's products, courses, and materials.

3.2 As affiliates, Licensees may promote and market the Program's products and earn commissions on successful sales. The commission rate starts at 45% of the sale price, but it may vary based on individual agreements or promotions.

4. Termination

4.1 Hustle Hive Marketing LLC reserves the right to terminate Distribution Rights for Licensees who violate these terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Hustle Hive Marketing LLC.

4.2 In the event of termination, Licensees shall cease all distribution and promotion activities related to the Program's products, courses, and materials.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These Distribution Rights and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana.
