1. Refunds and Membership Termination: We do not offer refunds since this platform operates on a monthly membership basis and has downloadable content. Any late payments beyond 5 days will result in immediate removal from the membership. Members must provide a 14-day notice if they wish to cancel their membership and not renew.

2. Communication and Support: We will respond to emails at hustlehive.hub@gmail.com on Mondays and Thursdays. This ensures that members explore community resources, course content, and weekly Q&As for solutions before reaching out.

3. Behavior Policy: Inappropriate behavior, bullying, or mean comments on any social media platform will lead to immediate removal from our membership. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior.

4. PLR Product Usage: Within our PLR product modules, members can download, edit, and resell these products for 100% profit.

5. Course Resale Policy: The Roadmap Course and Passive Profit Millionaire Course CAN be resold within this membership by using your affiliate link provided when you signed up for 50% commission. They are also available for purchase separately through our Etsy link or Hustle Hive Hub Platform if members or others wish to purchase the courses and resell them for 100% profit.

6. Income Disclosure: We provide no income guarantees or income claims. Earnings and success achieved by our members depend on individual effort, skills, and market conditions. Any examples or testimonials are not representative of typical results.

7. Distribution Rights: Members are granted distribution rights for PLR products acquired through this platform. This means they can download, edit, and resell these products. However, distribution rights for the Roadmap Course and Passive Profit Millionaire Course are not included within this membership. Members interested in reselling these courses can purchase them separately through our Etsy link or Hustle Hive Hub Platform.

8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in this product, including copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of Hustle Hive Marketing. Members cannot download any content, except PLR products, from this platform. Recording of webinars, weekly Q&As, or videos is strictly prohibited and will results in immediate termination of membership. .

9. Liability: Hustle Hive Marketing shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

11. Acceptance: By purchasing or using Hustle Hive Hub Marketing Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this membership.
